ContractorTrinity Consulting Services Oct 2002 - Jul 2006Sydney, Nsw, AuThroughout my studies I saw early on that the real estate bubble was about to burst. I heard of Trinity Consulting Services and felt that this may be the only hope many home owners would have in order to sell their properties quickly before the values dropped. Just before joining and while working for Trinity Consulting Services I would seek tradesmen for plumbing, electric, HVAC, Plenum work as well as landscaping, painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing ect. Once finding pre-foreclosed and distressed properties I would contact the owners giving them the option of selling to investors. If given the nod, Due Diligence would be done on the property. I would present an offer of the tax assessment less itemized tradesman bids and costs associated as a contractor. These offers would then be submitted to many investors to pursue. Once an investor would make an offer and it would be accepted by the homeowner, the jobs would be given to the tradesmen per estimate. I would be Switching hats as contractor and tradesman while abiding all laws and codes in the process if able to carry out the work on my own. This endeavor included a 52 week personal training course on assisting and directing in the accomplishment of acquisition and liquidation of undervalued, distressed, foreclosed and deferred maintenance properties. I was able to have stopped 27 foreclosures during this time span. -
