Service recovery specialist - I use my CRM skills and experience to recover any miscommunication, misinformation, or inaccuracies and fulfill our client's needs while keeping the company's reputation intact3. Informal leader to our PA and AZ crew members - act as mentor/coach to my peers on the service recovery team as well as the inbound phone team.
