Previously I was working coordinating a 6 story Podium style 128 unit apartment complex on Texas A&M Campus. Presently I am working on a successful luxury apartment community called Hebron 121 on a 90 acre resort style apartments. Total cost of all 4 phases estimated to be $300 million with 1,700 units. I coordinate the subs, deliveries, City/State inspections. Hired to turn around a poorly managed 250 unit apartment complex in Terre Haute, IN. Spearheaded efforts to improve the facility, including cleaning up the site, creating schedules, defining scope of work, and controlling expenses. Instituted weekly meetings with subcontractors and held them accountable for their performance; replaced under performing subcontractors with a more suitable replacement.Took a project that was running behind schedule, no sub contractors on site and transformed it into a smoothly functioning site completing the project on schedule.Later on I was hired as a Project manager to run a $58 million project in North Dakota that was not moving and accomplished my task of getting 12 buildings moving and under schedule again. and in severe Winter conditions. The owner came by and applauded my efforts.
