Founding member of the Trade Policy Group, now leading on trade negotiation strategy and coherence. Previously developed bilateral engagement strategy, coordinated trade policy towards the US, and took part in discussions with a number of other trading partners.

Joining the new Serco consulting team I designed and introduced a new business development process for the Group, prior to spending three years as Business Development Programme Manager, then Head of Bid Management, for a Division of the company experiencing major change. Responsible for significant improvement in business development performance during this time.

Various consulting and business development roles during eight years, with particular focus on the public transport sector. Consultancy work for the Department for Transport on various information initiatives including Transport Direct, also various other strategic consultancy and facilitation engagements with companies. Increasingly involved in business development activities, leading and advising bid teams, and building new processes for responding to tenders.
