At Sunwin security as 1st line support my main role was ensuring all faults reported were logged onto the system with all the correct information needed and were booked in. I also advised if the job was chargeable or not. some of my other duties at Sunwin were handling 3 sections of the UK being Scotland, northern Ireland & the isle of man. I would arrange for the subcontractors to attend jobs, arrange for parts needed to be shipped and raised PO's whilst processing invoices. I am very familiar with all aspects of CASH and TESSERACT and most Microsoft applications. Another task I managed was Nationwide projects for the banks re-armouring ATM's. This would involve booking in the jobs with the correct parts ordered, each job costed and relevant PO's supplied. I would handle these tasks through to completion
