    My wife and I run our own kosher catering company employing a staff complement of 20+ on function days. We cater for functions as big as weddings right down to a home cooked dinner for one. www.bespokecatering.co.za• In April 2011 we catered daily breakfast, lunch and dinner for 180 guests staying for 8 days at The President Hotel in Sea Point which was the largest kosher catered event ever in Africa. We achieved this from a temporary kitchen constructed for us in the hotel parking garage for which we had to plan, order and oversee the installation of all necessary kitchen equipment. We were also required to procure all necessary kitchen utensils and separate guest serving cutlery and crockery for both meat and milk meals. We effectively created a stand alone hotel kitchen and banqueting facility within the President Hotel in order to satisfy especially stringent kosher requirements for the festival of Passover.
