•Facilities Management: Management of CMMS. Manages a staff of managers, operating engineers and tradesmen for main building and satellite buildings. Oversight of work order tracking and completion, incident/emergency response, security and janitorial/housekeeping. Schedules and supervises the work of skilled workers in mechanical, boilers, HVAC, electrical, Generator and ATS systems, UPS battery back-up systems, plumbing, landscaping and snow removal, roofing, masonry, carpentry, ADA compliance and vehicle fleet. Acts as the liaison for all remodeling, renovation and construction projects as it relates to product standards, design standards, scheduling shut-downs and system interruptions. Performs PCA’s (Property Condition Assessments) and creates detailed reports based on findings.•Project management: Oversees major infrastructure repairs and renovations and tenant improvement projects. Leading project teams, planning, resource management, scheduling, tracking/oversight, and quality assurance. Managing budgets and schedules.
