Effective payroll is essential to staff morale, which is one of our driving motivations at Complete Care. While payroll may not be the most central aspect of what we do, it is a vital facet that enables the company to function.As director of payroll for Complete Care, I’m responsible for overseeing the payroll, policies, and health insurance programs for the employees at each of our facilities. I created and rolled out a full payroll program, including the integration of timekeeping and attendance systems and our 401K program. By working closely with the finance department, I ensure that taxes are filed and assembled for review on a monthly basis.In addition to my payroll and accounting responsibilities, I am significantly involved in the development of HR policies and employee handbooks.
