- Identify Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) for adeno-associated viral vectors and lentiviral vectors and their relationship to CAR T-Cell manufacturing process robustness.
- Develop, validate, and implement biophysical and functional methods for characterization of viral vectors.
- Collaborate with process development and MSAT to improve vector stability during manufacturing.
- Perform formulation development for viral vectors which includes forced degradation studies, salt/pH/excipient screens, and stability studies.
