Reviewing applications, telephone screening, conducting interviews, scheduling candidate interview whit supervisors, conducting reference checks, submitting Job Offers, Scheduling pre-Employment physicals, and scheduling start dates.Ensure that new associates receive new-hire orientation with other members of Human Resources (date, room location, list of attendees, list of presenters and presentation time, etc.) and have RH/Training Generalist give presentation.Lead the effort establishing a relationship with payroll to ensure that payroll to factory hourly associates is done correctly and promptly. This includes Christmas Bonus, vacation, saving fund, profit sharing, and all other requirements from union contract and Mexican Law. Produce Monthly data for the execution of business review reports for PPC (Headcount, Turnover Information, HR activities, Training and Development, community relations & labor environment)Supervise and Develop HR Generalist in Labor relations issues, therefore insuring corrective action, coaching and counseling is done according to SWF Internal Work Rules, Mexican Labor Law, and Union Agreements..

Delivers high quality professional and executive-level candidates and advances the Teleplan brand across Reynosa & Mc Allen Tx markets, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Teleplan selection process.Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders.Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position. Prescreens candidates. Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval. Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates. Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and includes the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
