• Developed experience in a range of workover operations
• Monitored performance of individual wells to minimize downtime and maximize production
• Worked with lease operators in the field to gain a better understanding of field operations and facility design in the Williston Basin
• Developed understanding of various artificial lift methods including ESP, rod pump, and jet pump.
• Conducted study of tubing failures in our 192 well field. Proposed enhanced rod string design to mitigate future failures.
