David Herring IT Training Ltd.My role is to deliver pre-defined and developed training materials in specific role modules in a group or 1-2-1 classroom basis throughout the UK. Also included in the delivery of training is the support in branch during pre-go live and then 2 - 4 weeks after. I have recently been involved in writing new training material supporting additional software (Cognito - FieldForce iQ) which is used for tracking HHT usage in the business.I was also asked to take on the role of project implementer for a branch go live. During this role I introduced a pre-go live training plan. This has now been adopted by the business for all future go lives.

I handled all customer requests and tracked all projects through the value chain (consultancy cycle) - Engage, Diagnose, Solve, Plan, Do, Evaluate ensuring the project plan was followed. Delivered complete training programmes to all Decorative Paints UK store employees (1000+) and ensured the delivery of training to store support teams (head office), that ensured readiness of all employees for system go live. I worked in a consultative manner according to agreed project milestones and deadlines. I led in the creation of IT systems training materials and delivery of training workshops (TTT and end user).

I supported HRs existing systems and new initiatives on a process and technical (IT) level to agreed timetables/deliverables and revisions with relevant functions and managers by developing, delivering and appropriate maintaining of supportive learning solutions to enable the end user. Co-ordinated development and delivery of materials to support existing systems and new initiatives to agreed timetables and revised agreed timetables with relevant functions and managers. Following the '5 step process' (Plan, Inform, Present, Assess and Follow up) for BU requests.

Worked with key stakeholders to analyse the gaps and provide training solutions for network of 190+ stores. Project and time manage the deployment of training. Worked with business leads including IT and Internal Audit to confirm all facts correct before writing and delivering materials. Supported the Training manager in delivering business directed policy and procedure.
