At the end of training, I knew that he was going to crush it and became the guy I looked to to lead with his actions. I didn't need to tell him what to do or how to do it, ever. David came in every day with a detailed game plan, executed on it, and became the rep that was turning heads in the org with his quick success. He continued to perform at a high level month in and month out and was someone we could always count on. David is a great guy, a student of the game, and someone who will continue work his butt off to succeed.
