The Chatfield Edge offers free support to individuals who want to pursue higher education to help them move beyond their current life limitations and create brighter future for themselves and their families.

Responsible for oversight and coordination of programs and activities that support student education and retention. Work collaboratively to ensure all areas of educational life are supported at the campus. This includes advising, scheduling, campus events, student life and participating in the college's Management Team.

Facilitate major student events at two campuses, member of Campus Management team, coordinate tutoring services with School Librarian, oversee faculty observations, coaching, enrichment activities and quarterly in-services. Assist with re-entry, monitoring of academic probation students; oversee Provisional plan and activities.

created class schedules; member of Campus Management Team, planned and delivered in-service training. Completed all new instructor orientations as well as all new instructor training sessions. Accept new student files, coordinating re-entries, ordering of instructor materials, daily managing of student issues, completing Letters of Faculty Appointment, overseeing the Maxknowledge online faculty development program, SAP status of students and other duties as needed.

Managed the Instructor Portfolio system and Library, completed classroom observations, worked on development of materials for new programs. Instituted instructor incentive system, term by term instructor meetings and ongoing in-service events. Courses taught: English I, English Foundations, Introduction to Psychology, Professional Development and Oral Communication
