Dave has worn the hat of many different roles throughout his career. He has 15 years as Principal at ECI, where he has taken an active management role in training for field and PM staff, safety management and recruiting. His extensive construction experience also includes but is not limited to: conceptual budgeting and scheduling to assist owners in cost analysis, purchasing and contract administration, cost tracking and project scheduling. Dave's current responsibilities include managing all activities of the building team members. His diverse mix of preconstruction and construction experience has enlightened his keen ability to plan, schedule and coordinate fast track, logistically complex projects.
