- Assist students in locating internship opportunities and help fulfill internship-for-credit requirements- Support and enrich students' professional development to further their collegiate experience-Collaborate with Graduate Assistants in multitude of projects, including creating an introductory video for the Office for Undergraduate Students

-Manage the Transfer/New Student Orientation Front Desk by answering phone calls, walk-ins, and other tasks such as inputting student data into programs like Slate and Advantage -Lead campus tours for incoming and prospective high school students, immersing them in campus life as a college student at the university -Represent the University of Toledo with pride and spirit to all students, parents, and faculty members

-Assist 30 students weekly in constructing and improving their resumes, cover letters, and personal statements through in-person drop-ins, email drop-box, and virtual meetings -Represent the University of Toledo by following guidelines and rules for the workplace and the University of Toledo Student Conduct Manual -Perform various tasks such as disinfecting and disability accommodation to create a safe and inclusive work environment

-Worked in teams and as individuals to facilitate in-person orientation for all new students each day of the program. Groups included first-year, non-traditional/adult, and/or transfer students -Acquainted new students and their families with academic support services, educational opportunities, policies and procedures, and campus services and resources -Participated in preparation for each program: set up facilities, checked in families, escorted participants to sessions, answered questions, and collaborated with university staff

-Supported the Director and Assistant Director in daily office work, such as updating relevant student information in Advantage, Banner, and Slate -Planned and executed two weeks’ worth of training and programming for incoming and returning O-Team leaders to ensure they are well-versed in the job duties for the summer -Assisted and engaged with practicum students from National Orientation Directors Association (NODA) during the summer in events such as Rocket Welcome Weekend staff recruitment and Rocket Transition

-Provide customers with information about additional services, such as extended warranty.-Taking part in ongoing training related to your department such as sexual assault awareness-Handling merchandise, stocking items, and keeping the store looking neat throughout the day

-Complied with all safety protocols, including proper handling of kitchen equipment, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to sanitation guidelines-Demonstrated teamwork and effective communication with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient dining operation-Prepared and served a variety of food items in a fast-paced university dining facility, ensuring high-quality food presentation and taste

-Led a group of 3 Eagle Scout counselors to create various camp activities regarding to Wilderness Survival to fulfill the Scouting requirements of the campers-Ensured safety and dutiful vigilance of the campers while utilizing de-escalation technique for conflict resolutions-Worked with the campers' guardians and Pack Leaders to create an enjoyable and fulfilling environment for the campers
