With 7 years in Secondary Education, I'm pivoting to Learning and Development. My applied theatre degree developed skills in creating engaging, experiential learning experiences that drive meaningful development.I specialise in developing and delivering comprehensive training on topics such as diversity and inclusion, sexual health and consent, public speaking, and interview skills as staff CPD and for students. My sessions are designed to be accessible, memorable, and personally relevant, effectively reaching groups of up to 300 participants.In addition to my teaching experience, I bring strong middle management skills, including staff management, performance reviews, target setting, and recruitment. I've also managed large-scale projects, such as producing and co-directing performances for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and tours to New York.I am eager to leverage my background in education and project management to excel in Learning and Development.
