It is hard to find a great place to fit in the workplace. Too many years in military and law enforcement leave a person constantly trying to find that team they need to work in. I found mine at home. Those are the most important people. I like working in small teams and working processes. All processes take time, but it only takes a few of us with differing thoughts and ideas to make processes better. I still would like to find that work team that I can trust like my military and law enforcement days, but until then I will continue to make my foxhole better.
