The PMO provides guidance and standards in the execution of projects. They create tangible goals, aligned with the overall organisation's vision, and ensure all targets are met. The vision of the PMO is to assist the Manufacturing department in ensuring that the correct projects are performed on time, by the proper resources, and in an agreed-upon and professional manner.

• Monitor daily work load operations ensuring production orders are completed on time and parts are only passed once certain set standards are met• Train and coach team members to guarantee production targets are delivered• Develop weekly work schedules for the department based on requirements by assessing priorities, workload and available resources• Manage and report on internal and external KPI’s and formulate corrective action plans• Maintain a high volume of output and eliminating any problems that should arise• Ability to understand customers’ quality requirement process and be responsible for customer satisfaction whilst working in a competitive team and adhering to customer protocols• Working with LEAN to help improve efficiency and results• Constantly looking to improve standards and maintaining our companies “right first time” reputation
