I began my career at an early age, spending my summers and after-school hours in my family's welding shop. I started with sweeping floors and organizing tools but quickly worked my way up to using a grinder. At the age of 16, I challenged the Canadian Welding Bureau's flat GMAW certification and passed on my first attempt. This certification was just one of many I would earn from the CWB over the next three decades.While spending 12 years as a welder/fabricator at Westower Communications, I became the shop supervisor. I then shifted my focus to cranes, joining Eagle West Tower Cranes for 10 years where I oversaw all fabrications and repairs, became proficient at working at heights, and obtained my Tower Crane operator's certification.I eventually started my own portable welding business, primarily serving the crane industry due to my connections created with Eagle West Tower Cranes, now Bigfoot Crane Company. However, after four years of being self-employed, I was offered a position as part of the management team at North American Crane Services. There, we imported and certified several tower cranes from Italy for use as rental equipment in Canada.My career took yet another turn when I joined Arsenal Engineering over five years ago. As an inspector, I bring many years of industry experience and a commitment to providing excellent quality work on time or even ahead of schedule. My objectives are to continue learning and improving my skills as both an employee and a father to my children. I strive to take on challenges and succeed independently, and my ultimate goal is to manage a team and use my experience to help others succeed.
