David’s lived experience in building teams brings vast knowledge and connections that push him to continuously look for improvements to ensure an organization is always moving forward. Through building trustful relationships David is able to bring everyone along for the journey through his open, inclusive leadership approach to new and innovative ideas. This has resulted in international success by winning three World Pipe Band Championships both as a team member and as team leader. David excels in Human Factors, collaborative and diverse team building, mentoring, Emergency Management, Critical Incident Debriefing, and Emergency Services. As an international educator and adjudicator, he specializes in training delivery in paramedicine, music, and leadership. David is a strong, supportive professional with a focus on Advanced Care Paramedicine from the Justice Institute of BC.
