Build capabilities in local managers. Ensure operations are conducted to highest possable environmental compliance and ethical standards.

Responsable for Corporate oversight and support of 236 operating landfills. Capital planning for the heavy equipment fleet. Heavy equipment maintenance program standards. Developed training programs for new managers and equipment operators. Project management for site analysis and site aquisition. Allied was merged with Republic in 2008.

Held several positions ranging from General Manager at a large solid waste site in Ft Worth to District multi site management to Corporate Landfill Operations and Development Manager. Was responsable for site operations, new site development, contract operations bidding and site expansions. Laidlaw was aquired by Allied Waste in 1996.

Served as General Manager for the Ft Worth landfill later held an Area multi site management position for Texas, Colorado and California. GSX corporation was aquired by Laidlaw Waste in 1986

Ohio, Michigan And Pennsylvania

Served as a Landfill site manager in Tiffin Ohio, responsable for all day to day operations, was promoted to a District landfill Manager for Ohio then to Regional Manager for three states. Responsable for all aspects of site budgeting, cell development, heavy equipment purchasing and maintenance and site operations. SCA was aquired by GSX in 1984.
