As we only have one planet but consume resources as if we had two, a global circular economy is essential to meet human needs while reducing resource extraction and use, aligning human activity with the planet’s limits.With the world building the equivalent of New York City every month for the next 40 years, it's crucial to stay within our planet’s boundaries while improving living standards. At Holcim, circularity is central to our net-zero journey.Currently, only 7% of the global economy is circular, making the shift to circularity imperative for everyone. Through GO CIRCULAR, we aim to accelerate circular building and living from sea to city, symbolizing our commitment to sustainability and decarbonizing construction.
