My current role supports the development of a nearly 15,000 military, civilian, and contractor workforce in an Engineering and Information Technology organization working on five continents. I designed, developed, and facilitate a leadership program that recruits, selects, and develops high potential leaders. A seven month course anchors the program and builds on existing leadership potential to develop progressive leadership competencies and skills. Candidates are challenged in and out of the classroom with stretch assignments, activities, leadership assessment tools, and a action oriented capstone project sponsored by senior leaders.
