Mr. Hinkle has considerable experience in the municipal and public finance industry. From 1988 to 1996 he served as Senior Vice President of the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority. Mr. Hinkle’s responsibility included daily operations of the state’s largest issuer of industrial and private activity bonds, and development and implementation of financing programs for health care, municipal, industrial, agricultural and governmental clients. In 1996 Mr. Hinkle established Alliance Securities Corp., for Bank of Oklahoma Financial Corp., and served as its Executive Vice President until 1999. Mr. Hinkle is known as an expert in finance, incentives and economic development; developing and implementing many new programs, including: (The Credit Enhancement Reserve Fund Bond Insurance Program, First Time Farmer Loan Program, The Pooled Business Financing Program, The Pooled Infrastructure Finance Program, Share the Wealth, Tourism Enhancement Program,......). Mr. Hinkle completed hundreds of Financings providing debt capital to public and private borrowers.
