I accepted a VP of Operations role at RAYMOND / Werres and the opportunity was not a good fit. I am now looking for my next new Opportunity in a Regional or National Accounts Sales / Service position to elevate a company to a new level! My back ground is Material Handling / Production / Warehousing / Automation / Sales /Aftermarket Sales / Operations.

I managed our largest Material Handling Accounts to improve our relationships. When you work with a Customer to improve their business you truly integrate your Team with theirs. This opportunity allowed me to focus on Customer challenges and provide solutions. The goal was to communicate and listen to everyone you come in contact with from the Operator in the Warehouse to the President to understand each need so I can provided perspective they may not see. I worked to provide solutions for the Material Handling Equipment and all processes encompassing all areas of their business to reduce labor costs. Forklifts are a VERY small portion of Material Handling we must work to reduce other costs each day to be successful.

Tcoag is a Coagulation instrument provider that designs, manufactures, distributes and services their equipment. The company was formed after Stago Diagnostica purchased Trinity biotech's coagulation instrument line. I was responsible for the direction of the Eastern US Field Service group, inventory control, compliance and service related revenue.

Trinity Biotech is a Immunoassay and Coagulation instrument manufacture that competes in a global market. As Field Service Manager I was responsible for East Coast operations. This included directing eight service engineers in daily servicing of our customer base. Other duties included development of instrument installations, preventative maintenance structure and new instrument implementation. Stago Diagnostica purchased the Coagulation division of Trinity and formed Tcoag.

Carolina Handling is a RAYMOND forklift dealer that has a territory of the Carolina's, Georgia, Alabama and the pan handle of Florida. As a Field Service Supervisor I was responsible for the Eastern North Carolina territory for all Maintenance, Repairs and Installations. I supervised six Team leaders each with a team of six to seven technicians. Responsibilities also included customer care of all large accounts.

Senior Field Engineer responsible for training and development of Junior personnel as well as the subject matter expert on all instruments. bioMerieux acquired Organon Technika.

Field Service Engineer responsible for Installations, Repairs and Preventative Maintenance of all instruments. Organon Teknika was acquired by bioMerieux, inc.

Supervising and performing Fire Control work center daily preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance to ship's Fire Control RADAR and 400 Hz power conversion systems onboard the AEGIS Guided Missile Cruiser USS Ticonderoga CG-47Extensive and comprehensive knowledge of electronic theory and application of electromechanical systems, fluidic cooling systems, syncro/servo motor actuators, and remote systems testing based on six years of training and shipboard application. Supervising 25 assigned personnel during special operating evolutions. Performed required maintenance aloft on all RADAR systems.Replacement of the 400 HZ converter cooling system while underway due to a catastrophic failure.
