As a third-year Bachelor of Commerce student majoring in Marketing Management and minoring in Business Law at Toronto Metropolitan University, I am passionate about learning new skills and applying them to real-world scenarios. I have acquired multiple certifications in sales, support services, and logistics management, which have enabled me to contribute to various projects and tasks in different sectors.Currently, I work as a Sales Administrative Assistant at Kal-Polymers, a leading plastic recycling company, where I support the sales team with customer service, data entry, inventory management, and order processing. I also work as an Assistant Administrator at Baker Real Estate, where I handle administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, preparing contracts, and updating records. Additionally, I have been working as a Barista at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice for over three years, where I provide quality service, product knowledge, and cash handling. Through these diverse experiences, I have developed strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as a customer-oriented and adaptable mindset.
