~ Performed any maintenance to customers’ lawns in the form of pelletized lime/calcium or fertilizer applications, as well as pesticide applications (used as a last resort, as per IPM guidelines). Duties performed both individually/autonomously or in a team environment depending on size of job~ Received “Pesticide Applicator’s Certificate” for the Province of New Brunswick, as required by law in April of 2018 (Valid for 5 years)

~ Completed and submitted new insurance applications to various Insurance companies (20+), as per their underwriting guidelines, while implementing various sales techniques, for example: > Cross-selling – Prepare estimates for clients with the same company (across all those offering) for home, auto, recreational, and marine policies (Multi-Product Discounts) > Up-Selling: Offering our clients all available coverages, as required by law, to ensure that insured’s were aware they were receiving all available protection in the event of a claim.~ Maintained clients’ insurance files, by updating/making endorsements as requested by clients’ or as required by Insurance Company. Also reviewed each file when necessary to ensure clients were receiving the best prices for coverage’s needed, and placed elsewhere if this was the case. Also collected outstanding premiums.~ Processed, and submitted new claims to insurance companies, as well as ensured the claim would proceed in a timely manner, to suit client’s needs, by reaching out to claims adjusters and insured’s to make sure they were happy (relationship building).~ Receptionist duties as required, usually on a once-a-week rotation. We handled incoming calls, as well as directed clients to other broker’s in the office as necessary. Manually prepared receipts after taking cash payments.

~ Under general supervision, performs a variety of member client service transactions within clearly defined policies and procedures. Duties include providing over-the-counter deposit services such as: accepting deposits, cashing cheques, processing bill payments, calculating foreign and domestic exchange, processing loan payments and selling negotiable items. ~ Completed a number of Credit Union courses that in relation to sales/customer relations, business law, and business analysis.

~ Performed any maintenance or additions required to customers’ gardens and lawns (Usually mowing/gardening), as outlined per contract.~ Performed regular maintenance on equipment, as needed.
