Also collected outstanding premiums.~ Processed, and submitted new claims to insurance companies, as well as ensured the claim would proceed in a timely manner, to suit client’s needs, by reaching out to claims adjusters and insured’s to make sure they were happy (relationship building).~ Receptionist duties as required, usually on a once-a-week rotation. We handled incoming calls, as well as directed clients to other broker’s in the office as necessary. Manually prepared receipts after taking cash payments.
