Objectives: Reset the product strategy and creative vision – working to rebuild the brands equity by creating covetable collections that broaden the brands audience while staying true to the brands codes and to rebuild the lost customer base. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of the brands accessories categories, working across the whole design process, from concept inception to finalisation of production. Work closely with the founder to reset the creative vision and direction of the brand – overseeing the direction of imagery across all customer touch points, marketing assets on and offline to create coherent content that resonates with a newly engaged audience. Manage a large team across multiple departments including design, marketing, product development and merchandising. In addition, worked with external agencies to develop and execute multiple launch activation projects ensuring a commitment to the brands values and DNA whilst focusing on engaging and retaining a renewed, more youthful audience and oversee the design and creative of the eye and footwear licencing.
