• Dow Gulf Stream Program – Power, Utilities and Infrastructure, Freeport, Texas (2013 – Present)Project Engineering Manager responsible for the development of the Power, Utilities and Infrastructure to support a new Propane Dehydrogenation Unit, producing 750,000 tons of polymer grade Propylene, and an Ethane Cracker Unit, producing 2M tons of polymer grade Ethylene. Project also includes the construction of a new Central Control / Administration Building.• West Qurna I Project – ExxonMobil Iraq Limited, Early Works Project – Infrastructure, Basra, Iraq (2010 – 2012)Project Engineering Manager responsible for the early works infrastructure which includes the development and construction of the Construction and Owner Camps, Project and Operation Warehouses and Laydown Yards, Well Pads for the Drilling Contractors, road and bridge repair, site preparation, security infrastructure, IT/Telecommunications, and Waste Management.Also includes the conceptual and FEED development, and detailed engineering for the $150M Field Operation Division Campus which includes a four (4) story, four-hundred (400) person harden concrete office building and training facility, ballistic protected cafeteria building, accommodation buildings for two-hundred seventy (270) and one hundred fifty (150) support staff, fifty (50) person client office building, security buildings, mosque, and recreation building.
