David was the Jacksonville Area Leader and Bridge Team Leader. In addition to his management focus for the Jacksonville office operations, David's responsibilities involve leading TranSystems bridge design activities for SCDOT as well as maintenance projects for FDOT District 2. David’s broad experience includes management and design of multifaceted roadway, bridge, rail and civil site projects including minor and major bridge replacements, minor intersection improvements, rail corridor improvements. He was also involved with in service bridge inspection and load rating performing routine, fracture critical, and emergency inspections.

Greenville, South Carolina Area

David held several leadership titles while in the Greenville office. He was responsible for office/team management as well as technical lead for bridge designs and ratings performed within the office. His client focus was SCDOT and assisted with various client pursuits and proposal development. His management experience while in Greenville included multi discipline project design management of traditional project delivery and design build project delivery, construction engineering and inspection management for project specific and on call services. As a certified in service bridge inspection team leader, David also assisted several other TranSystems offices nationwide with the execution of routine and complex/fracture critical inspections.His broad experience includes management and design of multifaceted roadway, bridge, rail and civil site projects including minor and major bridge replacements, minor intersection improvements, rail corridor improvements.

Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area

Office Manager responsible for office operations including weekly and monthly work load planning, team member appraisals, annual office budget development, meeting Corporate profit goals, and client business development.Bridge Team Leader responsible for all bridge design and inspection services, and fee estimates, bridge design using prestressed concrete, structural steel, and high performance steel, technical specifications, shop drawing review, quality assessment and control, NCDOT Municipal Bridge Inspections including report development and bridge ratings, and construction administration for projects up to $2.5 million.
