Managed some of the largest customers in the Document Management Division in St. Louis, while providing excellent customer service. Taught various safety courses to all Cintas partners within the location.• Production Rotation - Operated as the warehouse manager and worked with shredding specialists to complete the daily machine maintenance and shred requirements for the day. Established improvements to the organization of the warehouse, increased involvement from the shredding specialists on their maintenance requirements, developed an efficient system for the loading process, as well as decrease the amount of waste. Created sufficient guidelines and format for different location audits i.e – NAID & Security Task Force.• Office Rotation - Worked in the office and communicated with customers to determine their needs while exceeding their expectations. Chosen to lead users in the conversion of a new SAP software system by training offsite and subsequently training and mentoring partners. Lead the office and service staff in the conversion by taking responsibility of the day-to-day SAP processes and troubleshooting.
