Manufacturing FacilityResponsibility for 3 aseptic processing lines from batching through the UHT process. Currently my primary focus is driving improvement on the two new lines through capital improvements, operator technical training, and working with automation to fine tune the equipment operation. To prioritize process improvement, I have utilized both downtime tracking and historical trending to quickly determine root cause which initiates design changes or additional training.

This also includes the design of clean in place (CIP) circuits within the batching process utilizing mix proof valves. During process commissioning I lead different teams during IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
