Fresh Tri is a neuroscience-based company who is applying the latest brain science to population level behavior change. Founded by Dr. Kyra Bobinet, MD, MPH, Fresh Tri has led the development and application of research focused on the habenula and the Iterative Mindset. In this role I am focused on formally establishing the Institute for Iterative Thinking and the initial commercial application of the neuroscience.

Thrive Global is the brainchild of Arianna Huffington and is focused on improving health and wellbeing thorough the integration of technology and workflows. Working with partners such as Stanford Medicine and The Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute, I was responsible for supporting the development and implementation of specific product and service lines for hard to reach populations. Specific deliverables included:• THRIVE CALLS – Integrated 60 – 90 second voice interventions designed to reduce the stress for call center employees. Results included, lower avg. talk time, increase calls handled per day, higher customer satisfaction and improved employee stress and wellbeing. This work included partnering with a major academic institution to validate the impact of short form interventions on performance of cognitive tasks.• THRIVING ON THE FRONT LINES – Developed a specific and repeatable approach to delivering mental well-being tools into manufacturing, retail and production environments resulting in a reduction in worksite accidents due to lack of focus, improved quality measures and improved employee engagement and satisfaction.• THRIVE COACHING – R Development of a formal executive and non-executive coaching program. This required the development of all administrative functions as well as client facing materials and program delivery from inception to completion. Coaching became a critical component of client retention including one (1) specific Fortune 500 account

Walmart is the world’s largest retailer with over 2.6 million associates and 10,000 locations across the world. In this role I served as the inaugural executive for the first ever-associate health and well-being program at Walmart. Using a combination of design thinking, applied behavior change and consumer insights, we delivered an effective health and well-being strategy at scale. Results included:• ZP CHALLENGE, a fully science-based well-being offering that has reached over 1.5 million associates and produced measurable health impacts and an ROI of 3:1 and was eventually sold to Thrive Global.• HUMAN CAPITAL ANALYTICS oversaw and guided the development of multiple analytic projects that monetized the impact of wellbeing initiative on business performance. o Documented over $450,000 in additional revenue per business unit per yearo Drove sales of company related products to the tune of $10 million dollars over nine years• EVEN, gained approval for the launch of an industry defining financial security tool for our associates. This tool helped introduce the concept of earned wage access and delivered over $1 billion dollars in funds to US based Walmart associates. • Incubated companies that collectively addressed, mental health (AIRCARE and SUPPORTIV), food as medicine (FRESH TRI) and enhanced access to a national fitness network (w/TIVITY HEALTH)

Yum Brands is the world’s largest restaurant company featuring iconic brands such as KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. I Successfully developed and implemented Yum’s health promotion and disease prevention efforts to a global audience of up to 1.4 million lives. The role spanned the three-major Yum Brands in the US and abroad. Responsibilities for this role included:𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦: Served as the Center of Excellence, successfully introduced programming in 16 markets including, the United Kingdom, South Africa, India, and Singapore.Developed and executed a global wellness strategy for Yum! Brands resulting in an 80% average participation rate with no incentives and avg. population health risk reduction of 8%.
