I orchestrated the sales, marketing, and services strategies for the official destination marketing organization for Onondaga County, New York. We utilized a three-tiered promotional system guided by concentrated strategic plans to plot our course towards success and focused our results on delivering return on investment for the community. Notable accomplishments were becoming branded as Syracuse. Do Your Thing, creating the Official Home of Winter campaign and becoming accredited through the Destination Marketing Accreditation Program.
