Torbay store is a Regional Server and is in the top 50 turnover stores in the companies portfolio.I have 5 direct reports with 19 middle managers and a customer advisor population of over 300. Key accountabilities include driving customer satisfaction, sales, improving costs, trading in a legal environment and improving employee engagement.

Store Manager of Eden High Wycombe. I had 4 direct reports with 12 Section Managers and a Customer assistant Headcount of 150. The Store traded over 2 floors with 56,000 sq ft of sales floor space. Key accountabilities: Developing and coaching the Senior Management team whilst driving key KPI's Sales, Service, Standards, Costs and People.

I carried out a Womenswear Commercial manager role in a high profile Major out of Town store ,whilst carrying out the additional operational day to day supporting role to the Store manager and large Commercial management team of 9 commercial managers at different reward levels . I managed a top 15 turnover womenswear business unit . I was responsible for ensuring the commercial management team operated successfully and that the store operated consistently well delivering the Kpis on a daily basis . My role was to be the "Glue " that held it all together and to be the translator for the staff and commercial mgrs, whilst continuing to support the Store manager with their daily duties and accountabilities .
