In addition to continuing to lead the IT department I had the pleasure of working with other mangers to oversee Aerotech's Operations Support team, GTS, and Quality groups.

In addition to overseeing all of the Aerotech's Information Technology infrastructure I led most business transformation projects which included the migration from on-premise Exchange to G-Suite, an on-premise HRMS to ADP, and the consolidation of over 10 disjoint systems into one ERP system. Working on the ERP implementation was the most challenging, but yet most fulfilling work I have ever done. I will be forever grateful to the 13 colleagues at Aerotech I shared blood, sweat, and tears with to make it happen.

My focus was on the Test and Inspection market segments. I was tasked with ensuring the technical solutions provided to our customer met their needs. During that time I also had product management and marketing responsibilities as they related to the Test and Inspection market segment.

As the software development manager for Aerotech I was responsible for the development and maintenance of the A3200, Soloist, and Ensemble motion controllers.

Group leader for the development team that created the Soloist and Ensemble controller software. I specialized in the development of trajectory algorithms along with the compiler and assembler for the AeroBASIC programming language.
