My years as a Buyer, Product developer, Designer and previous Assortment planner have taught me how important it is to always have the end consumer at mind. To get to know the customer and stick to a clear and consistent brand DNA, is the key to success. In my previous role as Assortment planner & Retail merchandiser I was responsible for the buying and flow in- and out of self-owned retail stores. I manage a tailormade buying plan adapted to all units as well as the visual merchandising and key product focuses throughout the season. Another part of my accountability was to create assortment briefs for design and production, this to secure the right structure and balance between different price segments as well as set the trading calendar. My strength in my professional life is to create a dynamic team spirit and motivated and goal oriented employees. I’m a team player, with a natural habitat of leading people.
