I am a founding member of Ingleton Partners, a boutique private client tax practice established in 2009, that specialises in US and UK taxes. Our firm assists individuals and their families with their UK and US taxes, including UK tax returns, US Federal and State tax returns, tax planning in relation to their entities and wealth and a host of other matters. As well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of our firm and our clients, I have a personal focus on: planning and reporting for foreign trusts, both those that are foreign to the US and those that are foreign to the UK; tax planning and advice on residence and non-domicile planning, including remittances from mixed funds; US tax issues associated with PFICs and CFCs; UK taxation of carried interests; and, disclosures of mistakes, omissions or delinquency to the US and UK tax authorities.
