Provided on-site training and press calibration services to Creo Europe customers. Trained field service engineers in thermal imaging, thermal media and press calibration techniques specific to stochastic screening. Continuous improvement of services related to stochastic screening through liaison with customers, other service providers and Creo engineering.

Final escalation contact for all European thermal head and media issues to both field service engineers and customers. Technical liason for all media issues in Europe with Creo engineering and third party media vendors. Targeted reducing thermal head consumption and media escalations through a combination of on-site mentorship, formal classroom training of engineers and articulate reporting to engineering.
