I am the sole propietor of this business of mobile home rentals, affordable housing for those who can't afford middle class, but don't want to live in the getto (walker town).Currently at a turning point in my life where I have got to make some difficult decisions, If there is anyone out there who is looking for investment property, this park has alot of potential, with a little cash this park could pay for itself in a matter of a few years. With the airforce base here, they are always needing housing. I don't have the cash it will take, thanks to my ex, I can't even get the credit.
