Projects include $60 million new filler line including formulation, sterile storage and offload suites, and new airlocks to all other fill suites in the Aseptic Production Facility. Also responsible for all staff augment and temporary hires for PSI in the facility.

Also responsible for the management of multiple projects, including Orange County Solid Waste Operation Center, WRAL Station consolidation, WRAL Non Profit Organization office building located in the City of Raleigh. Managed construction of numerous Lab and Science building renovations at Duke University. Sr. Project Manager for the 176,000 sf. Bulk Manufacturing Building Architectural Package to supply influenza vaccine for both season and pandemic market demands in Holly Springs NC. Used in all sales proposals for large scale projects.

Responsible for the Management of the Pre-Construction effort for the second phase of the UNC Science Complex with a value of $100 + million dollars. Client manager for City of Durham work with a value of $30 Million, including all phases of pre-construction and construction. Projects include Intermodal Transportation Center, City Hall Renovations, Transfer Station for City Waste, Fire Station and Durham Bulls Park Renovations.
