Territory Sales Manager (Before Btg Acquisition By Boston Scientific)Ekos Corporation, A Btg International Group Company Jun 2017 - Jun 2018London, England, GbI joined BTG to promote growth for three clinically significant disease states for EKOS therapy; PE, DVT, and arterial disease. I covered hospitals across Oklahoma, northwest Arkansas, and Kansas. In this role, I met with physician groups to discuss the opportunity of this disease state and to help create awareness, patient algorithms, and reimbursement/coding for hospitals and physician groups looking to expand their footprint in the VTE space. I also met with C-suite executives to promote EKOS therapy adoption and collaborated with cath lab, radiology, ICU, CCU, and PACU nurses and directors to provide training for staff on the EKOS system, vascular line of CTO products, and newly obtained Sentry IVC filter.DELIVERED RESULTS:► Increased revenue 44.5% in my first year and realized 127% to plan and ranking in the top 15% of territory managers nationwide. ► Expanded sales of all lines at St. Francis Hospital, elevating the hospital’s total sales performance from #12 to #1 in the country (out of 500+ accounts nationwide).► Closed biggest single first-day order companywide by opening a new Sentry account. ►Appointed to Sales Advisory Committee, providing top-level communication to the field and advising Sales VP. -

Regional Sales ManagerRubicor Medical Nov 2006 - Mar 2008Joined up with the former VP of Sales at Fox Hollow, to bring a new and innovative minimally invasive lumpectomy device to establish proof of concept and market viability for this procedure and this product which could be used in an office setting or a hospital surgical suite. It was a unique and very innovative method for minimizing the trauma and tissue loss during a breast lumpectomy procedure. Opened 4 hospitals in OK, AR, and TN with the leading pioneers of breast cancer surgery in their respective geographical regions. Initiated a physician awareness program for each of my key surgeons, establishing a community of top breast cancer physicians in each area to monitor and calculate the outcomes of our procedure. There was zero additional reimbursement for this procedure and the hospitals would purchase the devices ahead of the scheduled cases. The opportunity for this procedure only lacked in the understanding of how to utilize ultrasound in an OR setting..thus the company eventually failed in the summer of 2008.
