Full P&L responsibility for multi brand building material specialist distribution business. Headhunted to return to SIG as part of a new UK Board with responsibility of business recovery and delivery of return to growth strategy. In addition to the above in early 2022 taking national responsibility for formulating and executing an organic and M&A growth strategy for the Construction Accessories Division which is a key margin accretive platform for the groups wider aspirations.

Full P&L responsibility for £350M+ turnover , 1000 staff , 1M sqft of warehousing , 300+ fleet covering mulit sites. Leading above market growth and delivering year on year savings across the estate . Board member of SIG Distribution.

Full P&L responsibility circa £150M across M62 corridor for mulit brand , multi site distribution business new position as a result of brand consolidation into formation of SIG Distribution. Board member of SIG Distribution.

Promoted to this newly formed position after a consolidation of several similar aquired businesses by SIG PLC (Blueprint, Support Site , Pre Pour Ltd , Beaver 84 , BuildSpan , BBM ) led a formation of new management team and consolidation of maket leading company across 20 UK sites turnover circa £100M.
