• Over 25 years experience in Facilities Management with the ability to organise, control and coordinate the strategic and operational management of facilities in order to ensure the proper and efficient operation of all its physical aspects, creating and sustaining safe and productive environments for all users.• Team Leadership: performance management of a multi-disciplined team of up to 25 staff, developing through coaching, training and mentoring.• Health & Safety: management of all health and safety programmes, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements, including computerised monitoring and confirmation systems • Procurement: responsible for the procurement and management of contracts ensuring best service and value• Financial Acumen: preparation and management of cost centre and service charge budgets.• Relationship builder: liaison with tenants and clients ( internal and external ), management of contractors ensuring all key performance indicators (KPI’s) and service level agreements (SLA’S) are met and liaison with required parties including community based services.
