Verification using UVM

I design firmware using Verilog and VHDL for RF applications. I work on contract programs and R&D projects.

Earned a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering. Lead my senior design team which created and launched a payload on a suborbital sounding rocket. Our payload contained a muon flux detection apparatus which charted occurrences of cosmic ray produced muons. I also managed the university robotics laboratory as well as represented the engineering department at the state capital.

I repaired band and orchestra instruments with a focus on brass and woodwinds. I performed repairs and complete overhauls on professional and student level instruments including Trumpets, Trombones, Tubas, French Horns, Flutes, Piccolos, Bassoons, Oboes, Saxophones, Clarinets, etc. I visited many public schools and provided free repair services during festivals and competitions. I wrote a repair manual for band directors and taught clinics on the subject.

I worked with the control systems group for the Littoral Combat Ship. I spent most of my time re-writing the control system server code, converting it from C++ to Java. I also created the design of a toolkit using SolidWorks which contained the various devices engineers carry onboard the LCS to do debug and repair of the control systems. I went onboard the USS Detroit and assisted with troubleshooting issues the crew was having with the control system.

Earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music as a trumpet major. Played in the Rowan University Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, and Pep Band.
