I receive online orders from customers and shop the store for them. I must communicate with the customers to ensure I get the correct items they want and need as well as any substitutes they would like. When the customer arrives I bring out their order and load it in their car for them. At closing, I must use a calculator and an excel sheet to ensure that the purchases all match the amount charged so the stores accounts are even. If their are no orders to complete I help by stocking, cleaning, or organizing the store.

I stocked the shelves of alcohol to ensure our inventory was always full. To accomplish this I would manually sort through our stock and refill the items that fell beneath a certain threshold. I would also communicate with customers to help them find a specific item, or direct them to a manager or sales team member who could help them further.

I would clean and sanitize tables as customers were done eating and bring the dirty cups back to the dishwashers. I was in charge of the drink station and had to make sure that teas and coffees were always made. I also had to clean the drink stations at closing time and ensure they were shut down properly. I also helped to train new bussers as needed.

I would unload the daily trucks received and sort the boxes on pallets and carts including general merchandise trucks, grocery trucks, and dairy trucks. After sorting everything from the general merchandise trucks, I would then stock the grocery section to ensure our inventory was full. I also would communicate with customers to find items they were looking for.
