His aim is to work with organizations to rethink work processes where necessary and to develop new office systems that support organizational goals, with a particular focus on maximizing employee capability, productivity, engagement and health. David, typically specializes in developing workplace strategies for large corporations, where he balances global corporate expectations, best practices and local specialties and cultural differences in the process.
