• to develop, adapt, maintain the local Sports Marketing portfolio and network within the framework of the ACE sports marketing strategy with maximum fit to adidas’ target brand image by identifying, negotiating, signing and caring for appropriate partners alone or jointly with the MTL or respective decision takers in ACE, depending on contract size• to ensure timely and sufficient equipment of Sports Marketing partners with the material contractually agreed and ensure on- and off-field visibility• to propose above- and below-the-line marketing activities for maximum leverage of Sports Marketing partners and drive and support implementation• to develop, elaborate and implement all events also using the Sports Marketing partners

• Local brand P/L responsibility (incl. MWB planning and controlling)• Development of local brand activation programs ( yearly marketing plan)• Implementation of the global / market brand strategy on local level• Brand communication planning: ATL, BTL, PR• All marketing communication processes management• Approves all communication tools & channels in close aligment with company HQ (e.g. Account campaigns, generic POS, advertising, event concepts and graphics)• Local market research (consumer focus)• Represent country in product selection and pricing decision

• Execution local requirements of key account marketing plans: Liaison with Account Range Managers to determine requirements for each key account; Development of necessary local materials to support key account campaigns• Determine trade and retail requirements of marketing plans: Liaison with Marketing Communications Managers to determine requirements for each country; Co-ordinate with Marketing Services to adapt global materials to local requirements; Develop local support materials ass required• Plan, organize and execute local trade marketing initiatives and trade events: In store support/merchandising• Plan, organize and execute local grassroot programms, events w/o retail cooperations
