Project Task Manager for approximately a $200M engineering contract to provide Facility/Balance of Plant Conceptual, Preliminary, and Detailed Design on a $7 to $12 billion dollar project supporting the Department of Energy's (DOE) Critical Decision Plan to re-purpose a large facility at the Savannah River Site.Individual project responsibilities included Area Task Manager responsible for managing multiple Control Accounts including a budget of over 300,000 manhours for a multi-discipline team designing the one of the main buildings and it’s annexes over a 2yr+ schedule. This included development and refinement of the schedule, cost estimate, and scope of work during the conceptual design.

Project engineer at Fluor. Areas of experience include engineering management, leading change management activities, acting as management level sponsor for key equipment module vendor, developing estimates, developing subcontract scopes and schedules, coordinating project global workshare activities, acting as engineering project closeout coordinator, performing client technical coordination, facilitating client model reviews and project leads meetings, and coordinating modular design of various Fluor disciplines, subcontractor, and 3rd party companies.
